Five years after the release of “The Lost Time”, Yirmi Kaplan has completed the work on a new album that is shaping up to be an emotional, rhythmical, rollercoaster ride: with deep personal texts, compelling music and a powerful, in-your-face sound.
In the time passed since his last album, Kaplan has toured all over the country, living up to his reputation as “One of the most, if not the best, charismatic performers in Israel”. During these shows, Kaplan has given the audience some tastes from the then-upcoming album, with the first single “Kol Ehad Yachol” getting some positively chilling, responses (”a gut-wrenching song” for example) among friends, colleagues and most of all – audience members.
“Kol Ehad Yachol” (Anyone can) is a good representation of the intriguing new album’s make and emotional “D.N.A”, and definitely makes you want to hear some more… In his energetic performance Yirmi presents songs from his new album as well as hits from all his previous works:
